Dr. Susant Kumar Sahoo is a Heritage Revivalist, Researcher and Social Reformer whose work focuses on the preservation, revival and promotion of Odisha's cultural and spiritual heritage. He received his Ph.D. from Berhampur University in 1998 and has pursued heritage research and cultural initiatives since 2014.

His work encompasses the Kankanashikhari landscape, Harihareshwar Temple, Jala Ratha Yatra and wider Jagannatha cultural initiatives. His approach combines historical research and documentation with physical heritage revival, cultural programmes, community participation, education and institution-building.
